The Complete Holiday Pet Handover Bundle gives you both parts of the preparation process:

1. The Before You Go Away Pet Handover Pack
A downloadable ZIP file containing two versions of the pack:

– Fillable PDF version for computer, tablet or mobile phone
– Editable Word document version for Microsoft Word, LibreOffice or compatible editors

You can use the pack to prepare your pet’s routine, feeding notes, medication instructions, emergency contacts, behaviour notes, home access details and sitter handover information.

2. The Pet & Home Readiness Check
After purchase, you complete our intake form and send us the key information about your pet, home setup and sitter instructions.

We review your information and send you a practical written response highlighting:

– What looks clear and ready
– What information may be missing
– Where your sitter may need more detail
– Possible confusion points
– Feeding, medication or routine details to clarify
– Emergency and vet information to check
– Home access or house instruction gaps
– Practical next steps before you leave

This bundle also includes one written follow-up question by email after we send your review.

This is especially useful if your pet has a specific routine, medication, anxiety, feeding rules, age-related needs, litter tray habits, reactivity, or if this is the first time someone else will care for them.

How it works:

1. Place your order.
2. Download and unzip the Handover Pack.
3. Complete the fillable PDF or editable Word document.
4. Complete the intake form using the link in your order confirmation.
5. We review your information and send your written readiness review by email within 2–3 working days after receiving your completed intake form.

Important: This bundle is a written preparation and handover review only. It is not veterinary advice, emergency support, behaviour diagnosis or live consultation. If your pet is unwell, distressed or needs urgent help, please contact your vet or an emergency veterinary service immediately.
